TOS

These are the terms under which I do commissions. If you commission me, you agree to all the terms described below. If there’s any question about them, feel free to ask me.

Payment

- All prices in the commission sheet are in USD (United States dollar).- Payment will only be via PayPal. Nequi is an exception if you are in Colombia.- Payment is made upfront.- A PayPal invoice will be sent to specified email some time after the commission slot is confirmed.- By accepting these terms of service, you acknowledge that the work purchased consists of the acquisition of digital goods which are given through an online file sharing medium and require no shipping whatsoever.

Privacy

- Any confidential and personal information provided that could be used to potentially identify, contact or locate the payer will not be shared or stored by the artist.- Likewise, any information obtainable of the artist, through the payment, must not be shared or stored by you.- That information includes, but is not limited to, real name, address, email, payment information, and such.

Refund

- I will not accept refunds the moment I begin on a commission. Your commission cannot be refunded.

Recommendations

- Please be as specific and detailed as you can in your submission.- If you have references for specific accessories, props and/or poses, add them alongside your character.- You are responsible for any kind of misinformation given, so please double check or let me know if there’s a mistake.

Deadline

- I will review and choose form submissions in the order I consider best. That is to say, not on a “first come, first serve” basis.- Commissions do not have a completion deadline, but each will take approximately two weeks.- Time increases (by two weeks at most) if the commission has a complex background or has multiple characters).- Keep in mind that, if you're not the first, your commission will take more than two-four weeks while I finish whichever is before.- As drawings will be done in the order I consider best, there is a chance your drawing will be drawn last. Therefore, if you need a piece done by a specific date, please let me know and I will do my best to prioritize it.

Content NOT allowed

- Content I will not draw includes, but is not limited to: Overt nudity, fetish art, sexual or suggestive content, hateful or offensive content, mecha characters or/and extreme gore.- I reserve the right to deny any commission prior to its elaboration and payment, regardless of whether it is included in the categories above or not.- If you are unsure about a certain request, please contact me.

Revisions

- Four preliminary thumbnails will be sent during the sketch phase. You are allowed a total of 3 revisions on the selected thumbnail. Requesting more will not be possible.- I will not make big changes (such as, but not limited to: pose, character or environment changes) after the final sketch has been chosen.- Small changes in aspects such as, but not limited to color, clothing, expressions and so on are acceptable.- Please ask me anytime during the process if you are unsure about anything in particular.

Updates

- I will try to send updates regularly, usually at the end of each phase (thumbnail, sketch, base color, base shadows and full render), about the commission.- I will ask for confirmation to continue during the first drawing phases, so please be responsive when possible.- You're free to ask for any updates on the state of your commission, but please be aware that sometimes I might be busy or sleeping. However, I won’t take long to reply.

Usage

- When the commission is finished, I will send you one .png file in full resolution via email, or telegram if available. Please let me know if you want it in another format. Not every format is available as it depends on the application that I use to draw.- The commission will be for personal use and you will be allowed to post it on any social media or website as long as I am properly credited.- You are not allowed to make money off the piece or give it any kind of commercial use without discussing it with me beforehand. By default, you are granted rights to display and reproduce the commissioned work. These are non-commercial and non-exclusive.- I reserve the right to post the finished drawing to my own social media (watermarked and with a lower resolution) and use it on my portfolio. Credit to you and/or your social media will be given as well.
